Associate- Event Hostess (Mumbai)

Job Type- Contractual

Key Responsibilities-

• To manage experience for multiple guests and their families at a real estate project with the help of other team members
• To welcome guests when they arrive at site and guide them to their seating area
• To assist during ribbon cutting, cake cutting celebration for the guests and serve the cake
• To pre plan the experience at least two days in advance and co-ordinate with multiple vendors required to cater to the experience
• To maintain track of each experience
• To work on other events of Things2do from Things2do office on days when there is no experience happening at the client site
• To be on ground on Things2do events and support on event production
• To co-ordinate for Things2do events with different vendors and help in pre planning of the event with the team
• To drive on ground production, setup, vendor management, artist management, fabrication, and other technical aspects on event day
• Should know about basic Digital Camera / Mobile Photography
