As we expand, we are seeking an experienced insurance specialist to join our remote team in India and support our valued Irish clients.

Role Overview :

We are looking for a knowledgeable and proactive professional with a background in general and commercial insurance. In this role, you will advise Irish clients, manage renewals, handle claims, and develop insurance solutions that meet both individual and business needs—all from a fully remote setting in India.

Key Responsibilities :

• Advise Irish clients on a broad range of general and commercial insurance products, including property, liability, business, and motor
• Assess client requirements, review current policies, and recommend suitable coverage options
• Manage new business, renewals, mid-term adjustments, and claims processes efficiently and professionally
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships through excellent customer service and communication
• Liaise with Irish insurers and providers to negotiate terms, obtain quotes, and resolve queries
• Ensure all work is compliant with relevant Irish regulations and company procedures
• Contribute to the ongoing development and success of the insurance division
