Job Title : Senior Executive – Human Resources (HRBP & Employee Engagement)

Job Summary :

The role supports key HRBP functions, driving talent management, onboarding, and employee engagement initiatives to strengthen organizational culture and performance. The incumbent will act as a strategic partner to business units, ensuring alignment of people initiatives with business goals while fostering a positive, inclusive, and engaging work environment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Partner with business units on HR strategy, workforce planning, and employee relations.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes to ensure seamless new hire experience.
• Design and implement employee engagement, reward & recognition, and employer branding initiatives.
• Conduct engagement surveys, analyze feedback, and drive action plans for continuous improvement.
• Support internal communication plans and culture-building programs to enhance employee experience.
• Maintain HR data, prepare HRMIS reports, and ensure policy adherence and compliance.
