Role Description

We are seeking an accomplished Multi-Tower Solutions Architect - AI & Autonomous Operations with strong, hands-on experience in Artificial Intelligence and Cognitive Automation.

This is a senior strategic solutioning role that requires the ability to architect enterprise-scale, AI-first transformation solutions across multiple IT service domains. The ideal candidate will bring deep AI / ML expertise, enterprise architecture exposure, and the ability to design intelligent, self-healing, and autonomous operations.

Exposure to IT Infrastructure services (e.g., cloud, network, workplace, service desk, security) is a strong plus, enabling tighter integration of AI with foundational technology layers.

Key Responsibilities

Enterprise Solution Architecture & Design

• Lead the end-to-end enterprise architecture and solutioning for multi-tower transformation programs spanning Cloud, Network, Digital Workplace, Service Desk, Security, and other core IT domains.
• Design scalable architectures that seamlessly embed AI, ML, and AIOps capabilities into enterprise environments.
• Translate complex business requirements into AI- and tool-enabled architecture blueprints aligned with customer transformation goals.
• Ensure interoperability, resilience, and governance across multiple domains, tools, and platforms.
