Job Description

The Logistics & Production Manager is responsible for overseeing the efficient management and coordination of logistics and production activities. This role involves managing the transportation and storage of materials ensuring production schedules are met and maintaining the overall supply chain flow. The individual will collaborate with multiple departments to ensure that all operational processes are streamlined and cost-effective.

Key Responsibilities :

Logistics Management :

• Plan coordinate and optimize the transportation and storage of materials products and goods.
• Ensure timely delivery of raw materials to production and finished goods to customers or storage facilities.
• Manage inventory control and stock levels to minimize shortages and excess inventory.
• Monitor and manage relationships with third-party logistics providers freight forwarders and shipping companies.
• Ensure compliance with transportation regulations safety standards and environmental laws.
• Develop and implement strategies to reduce logistics costs while maintaining service levels.
• Coordinate and track deliveries resolve shipping issues and manage customer communications regarding shipment status.
