Responsibilities :
- Identify and engage suitable candidates as per specific job mandates
- Conduct screening and shortlisting aligned with role expectations
- Coordinate scheduling and communication between candidates and hiring teams
- Manage follow-ups post-interviews and assist with a seamless onboarding experience
- Regularly maintain and update recruitment dashboards and trackers
- Juggle multiple hiring assignments efficiently while meeting deadlines
