Job descriptionBachelor or Master degree; 8 years of experience in data engineering or ETL development; Proven hands-onexpertise in Azure Data Factory, including pipeline design, data flows, and integration runtime; Experience withAzure services (e.G., Azure SQL, Blob Storage, Data Lake); Proficiency in SQL, Python, or other relevant programming languages; Experience in using DBT tool is a plus; Familiarity with data governance, security, and compliance best practices; Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills; Fluent in English;
For an international project in Chennai, we are urgently looking for a Full Remote Senior BI Developer with +8 years of experience with a strong foundation and hands-on experience in BI data management design and development, debugging BI existing applications, and performance tuning.
We are looking for a motivated contractor. Candidates need to be fluent in English.
Tasks and responsibilities :
- Analyze business and technical requirements for data integration;
- Design and develop ADF pipelines for ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes;
- Integrate on-premises and cloud-based data sources (e.G., Oracle, File system, SAP, Blob Storage, REST APIs…);
- Implement data transformation logic using ADF mapping data flows and activities or using DBT tool;
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize pipeline performance;
- Collaborate with data engineers, analysts, and business stakeholders to ensure data quality and usability;
