Job Summary
Link for Loans Distribution Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a Telemarketer Team Lead with strong leadership skills and experience in the bank loan sector. The ideal candidate should be capable of leading a team of telemarketers, driving sales performance, and ensuring effective customer communication to achieve business targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of telemarketers to achieve daily and monthly targets.
- Guide the team in promoting various bank loan products (personal, home, business, etc.).
- Monitor call performance and provide regular feedback and performance reports.
- Handle escalated customer inquiries and ensure service quality.
- Track team productivity, maintain lead records, and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Coordinate with the sales team and management to align team efforts with company goals.
- Support recruitment and onboarding of new telemarketing team members.
