We’re Hiring : Sales Executive – E-Commerce

📍 Location : Kakkanad, Kochi

Are you passionate about scaling online sales, building powerful digital funnels, and growing brands across B2B, B2C & D2C channels? We’re looking for a dynamic E-Commerce Sales Executive to manage and expand online sales for Gelatin, Collagen Peptides & related product lines .

🔸 Key Responsibilities

1️⃣ E-Commerce Sales & Channel Management

Manage day-to-day operations across website, WhatsApp commerce, Amazon, Flipkart, Tata 1mg, etc.
Monitor listings, pricing, stock levels & warehouse coordination.
Drive revenue targets through product positioning & promotions.
Identify and explore new sales channels.

2️⃣ Product Listing & Content Management

Maintain accurate product listings with descriptions, images & certifications.

Coordinate with marketing for SEO-optimized content.

Ensure high-quality customer experience across platforms.

3️⃣ Demand Generation, Order Processing & Customer Support

Manage forecasting, invoicing, order processing & logistics coordination.

Handle customer queries, feedback & online ratings.

Ensure timely order fulfilment and customer satisfaction.

4️⃣ Digital Marketing & Promotion

Build and execute social media & paid marketing strategies.

Oversee media buying on Google, Meta, Amazon & Flipkart.

Optimize funnels, run A / B tests, improve CTR & reduce CAC.

Lead content creation and campaign execution.

Monitor performance and adjust strategies.

5️⃣ Data Analysis & Reporting

Track sales performance, marketplace analytics & customer behavior.

Share periodic performance reports.

Identify growth opportunities across channels.

6️⃣ Compliance & Coordination

Ensure content compliance with guidelines.

Collaborate with operations, tech & accounts teams.

📍 Work Location : Kakkanad, Kochi

💼 Salary : ₹6–7 LPA
