The Gap : 63M Indian SMEs (₹10-100 Cr revenue) have zero institutional M&A access. Senior advisors want legacy over comp. We're building the category first.

What You'll Own (10-20 hrs / month)

Partnerships

Cultivate family offices, PE funds, strategic corporates

Navigate VC ecosystems, banking partnerships, industry associations

Advisory

Guide active mandates

Support valuations, term sheets, deal structuring

Mentor AI valuation platform with real-world insights

Success Milestones

Months 1-3 : First opportunity list → 3-5 partnerships → 1 mandate close contribution

Months 4-12 : ₹5-15 Cr signed mandate value → 2-3 new sectors positioned

Year 2+ : Own verticals → Domain expert → Scaled partner network

Ideal Profile

Required :

15-25 years in Indian IB / M&A / PE / VC / corp dev

Deep expertise in fintech, manufacturing, cleantech, OR industrial automation

Proven mid-market deal sourcing (₹10-100 Cr range)

Network of family offices, PE funds, strategic buyers

Trust-building track record with promoter-owned businesses

Premium Expertise :

RBI / SEBI regulatory navigation

AI / ML in financial services

Succession planning for legacy businesses

VC ecosystem relationships

Cultural Fit :

Legacy-building >

compensation maximization

Comfortable with seed-stage ambiguity

Excited by AI leverage (non-technical OK)

Compensation

Equity : 0.5-0.75% at seed

2yr vest, 3mo cliff

Accelerated vesting on exit / ₹50 Cr+ raise

No full-time exclusivity

Performance : 30% of success fees on mandates you close

Philosophy : Equity-first model for senior professionals who value ownership over cash. Smaller time commitment, outsized upside.
