We are looking for someone who will virtually shadow the management and be their first port of call to make their vision articulated in an execution plan and is actually put to the ground, while making their life free of day-to-day bottlenecks. The job at hand would be like an amoeba that takes different shapes and can expand and contract. At times, it would be higher-order jobs like to design or action corporate governance pieces like appraisal systems, set growth agenda or to get company level MIS, or to make a presentation on company health or attending next level meetings on behalf of the management and at other times, to assist the Managing Director to work his calendar or help him answer personnel questions. Most secretarial job will be done by someone else but parts could also be intertwined
- Get things done of organizational importance
- Drive strategic initiatives at the corporate level
- Drive the quarterly revenue calculation activity with top leaders
- Writing presentations, building & actioning strategy and writing SOPs
- Follow ups across the organization
- Organise and prepare for meetings, including gathering relevant information
- Maintain documents of confidential nature
- Communicating the firm’s strategy across the firm to key external stakeholders in coordination with the corporate communication and marketing groups
- Independently leading a project / work stream at any time from project scoping, creating content and managing stakeholders to generate insights, and preparing outputs which enable informed decisions
- Supporting the development of the forward-looking strategy of the firm and strategic plans that enable execution of enterprise-wide strategic projects (examples could be the firm’s customer Pricing strategy or Large Customer strategy)
- Providing leadership to address key strategic issues and opportunities, working in collaboration across multiple functions and channels, often in a consultative manner
- Collaborating with business unit leaders in gaining their input into the firm’s strategic direction helping coordinate their efforts in alignment with the firm’s strategic plan
- Overseeing industry, market, competitor, and financial analysis
Qualifications & Skills Requires
