About Us
We’re building the
career intelligence platform for modern professionals
— starting with marketing.
Today, job seekers rely on outdated and biased tools to evaluate employers. We’re changing that by collecting and structuring messy public data — jobs, salaries, org structures, tech stacks, and growth patterns — into clear, data-driven insights.
Our goal is to make career decisions data-driven — answering the questions that actually matter when choosing a role :
How long people stay and grow on a team.
What compensation looks like in reality, not just the posting.
How teams are structured and what tools they use.
How long interview and negotiation cycles take.
Whether a company is growing, stable, or in decline.
And much, much more!
We’re starting in the marketing industry, where transparency is long overdue — but the long-term vision extends across industries.
We already have a full-time developer and product designer. Now we’re looking for a
Founding Data Engineer
to build the data layer that powers everything.
⚙️ What You’ll Work On
You’ll own the foundation of our data infrastructure — from large-scale collection to actionable insights.
Build and scale systems to
scrape and process hundreds of thousands of company websites
and
millions of job listings
Design and maintain
ETL pipelines
that continuously collect, clean, and refresh data
Define and evolve our
data model
for companies, roles, salaries, org structure, and growth
Use
LLMs and NLP
to extract structured data from unstructured text (job posts, bios, reviews, etc.)
Label and classify companies (agency vs in-house, vertical, size, growth stage, tech stack)
Collaborate with product and design to surface insights in filters, dashboards, and salary tools
Help us transform the web’s chaos into structured, reliable, and transparent career data
What We’re Looking For

— career transparency at scale. You’ll turn unstructured chaos from across the web into the dataset that helps people make smarter, more informed career decisions. You’ll help redefine what it means to “research a company” — not through opinions, but through
real, verified, data-driven insights.
