Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing and supporting SAP SuccessFactors modules based on team allocation, ensuring alignment with business requirements and HR processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure and implement SAP SuccessFactors modules such as :
- Employee Central (EC)
- Recruitment & Onboarding (Rec & Onb)
- Performance & Goals
- Compensation & Variable Pay
- Succession & Development
- Translate business needs into functional system configurations and workflows.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide system solutions.
- Ensure data integrity and compliance with organizational policies.
- Conduct testing, troubleshooting, and provide end-user training.
- Stay updated on SAP SuccessFactors best practices and new features.
Required Qualifications
Certifications in relevant SAP SuccessFactors modules (EC, Rec & Onb, Perf & Goals, Comp & Var Pay, Succ & Dev).Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field .Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills .Strong ability to translate business needs into functional configurations .Experience in HR processes and system implementations.Preferred Skills
Hands-on experience in multiple SuccessFactors modules.Knowledge of integration with other SAP or third-party systems.Analytical and problem-solving skills.Skills Required
