Job descriptionStrong understanding of ERP Financials (FSCM) processes, including transactions, process flows, reporting, and configuration. Proficiency in Workday Finance business processes, configurations, transactions, security, and reporting. Good understanding of SOX processes and expertise in ERP SOX compliance. Ability to effectively communicate and coordinate with various stakeholders, including auditing, accounting, leadership, technical, and operational teams. Experience in preparing Workday Advanced Reports and in the creation and usage of Workday Calculated Fields. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are mandatory. Ability to establish standard procedures for handling SOX reviews and explain exceptions. Capability to automate SOX procedures to reduce manual intervention. Knowledge of ERP integrations is an added advantage. Ability to collaborate and coordinate with teams across different geographies. Willingness to educate / train other stakeholders to make them understand the ERP FInance processing to bridge the gaps. Email
