The Business Development Manager / Account Manager IT Sales will acquire, manage, and grow large enterprise accounts by driving IT infrastructure sales and ensuring client satisfaction. The role demands expertise in IT products, solutions, and services, with the ability to align them to customer business goals.
Key Responsibilities :
- Build strong relationships with decision-makers and C-level executives.
- Develop and execute account strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Achieve sales targets through new opportunities, upselling, and cross-selling.
- Deliver solution presentations and consultative sales engagements.
- Collaborate with technical teams to design tailored IT solutions.
- Stay updated on industry trends and provide market insights.
- Ensure smooth post-sales delivery and handle escalations.
Qualifications & Experience :
Bachelor’s in IT / Business; MBA preferred.3+ years in IT sales with enterprise account management.Proven record of exceeding sales targets in IT infrastructure (cloud, networking, data centers, security).Skills :
Deep knowledge of IT infrastructure and services.Strong communication, negotiation, and influencing skills.Ability to engage C-level executives and drive strategic growth.Proactive, results-driven, and consultative mindset.CTC - Up to 12 LPA (Based on Experience)
