Job Description :

• Lead operations for the Sortation Centre and / or Fulfilment Centre.
• Monitor key operational metrics and functional performance to proactively identify and resolve process gaps or red flags.
• Collaborate closely with upstream and downstream functions to ensure customer satisfaction while adhering to cost and efficiency goals.
• Partner with Logistics and Retail Operations Heads to review and optimize the distribution network.
• Work with external supply chain experts to implement global best practices and supply chain initiatives.
• Take ownership of planning, design, and operationalization of new and optimized delivery networks, in collaboration with central teams.
• Drive continuous improvement and implement innovative business processes to enhance operational excellence.
• Develop, mentor, and motivate cross-location teams to achieve high performance and professional growth.
