We are a rapidly growing e-commerce company specializing in jewelry, powered by a modern microservices-based platform. We are looking for a proactive and experienced Technical Project Manager / Scrum Master to lead complex technical projects, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure timely delivery while maintaining high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities :

• Plan, execute, and deliver projects in a microservices-based environment , ensuring alignment with business goals and timelines.
• Manage and coordinate multiple cross-functional teams , including backend, frontend, QA, and design.
• Act as both a team leader and individual contributor , taking ownership of critical tasks when required.
• Track project progress, risks, dependencies, and blockers, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Act as a Scrum Master , ensuring teams follow Agile principles and best practices.
• Create well-defined technical stories for development teams and ensure proper backlog management.
• Understand and review APIs , ensuring seamless integration and technical feasibility.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders across business and technical teams, providing clear updates and reports.
• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Drive process improvements and optimize project workflows for efficiency and scalability.
• Ensure high standards for quality, security, and performance in the development lifecycle.
