Operations Intern

We are hiring for an Operations Intern for assisting us with shipping related operations for first mile and last mile tasks.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for shipping related calls
• Maintaining reports for the same
• Assisting team with shipping related emails
• Monitor the NDR / RTO and finding solutions for reducing monthly NDR & RTO %.
• Any other tasks as assigned
