Job description

Key Responsibilities :

1. Design & Innovation

  • Create visually engaging, interactive website designs for client projects (80%) and internal initiatives (20%).
  • Lead concept development, design drafts, and revisions with a strong eye for aesthetics and usability.
  • Ensure design excellence while maintaining UX best practices and driving innovation.

2. Collaboration & Communication

  • Collaborate with junior, mid-level, senior, and freelance designers to deliver seamless project execution.
  • Participate in client meetings to capture objectives, budgets, and preferences.
  • Work closely with project managers to present designs and respond to client feedback.

    • 3. Research & Development

  • Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging tools, and technologies to refine creativity and workflow.
  • Experiment with new methodologies and UX strategies to enhance PRONIX Tech's digital presence.
  • Mentor and guide fellow designers by sharing knowledge of modern techniques and tools.

    • 4. Process & Productivity

  • Adopt agile design processes and use tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD for efficiency.
  • Support the sales team with design insights to strengthen client pitches.
  • Log hours accurately using the company's time-tracking tools.

    • Requirements :

  • Proven track record in website and interactive design with a strong digital portfolio.
  • Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD), or equivalent tools.
  • Solid understanding of UI / UX principles, typography, color theory, and responsive design.
  • Ability to translate client needs into impactful, user-friendly visuals.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS is a plus.
  • Proactive problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills for effective cross-functional collaboration.
