Harman India is hiring Deck Designer / Visual Storytelling Specialist.

Location : Bangalore

Notice Period : Immediate to 15 / 20Days.

Experience : 3–7 years

Employment Type : Full-time (Flexible Hours)

About the Role

We’re looking for a creative, customer-focused Deck Designer with a passion for visual storytelling and AI-driven design innovation. You’ll craft impactful decks, AI-led videos, and storyboards that simplify complex ideas and elevate executive communication.

The role demands strong collaboration across omni-channel teams and occasional support for bid management activities. You should be exploratory, adaptive, and eager to experiment with new AI tools that enhance design efficiency and creativity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design high-impact decks, proposals, and templates for leadership and customer engagements.
  • Create AI-assisted videos, motion graphics, and storyboards for storytelling and brand communication.
  • Collaborate with sales, strategy, marketing, and delivery teams to refine narratives and visuals.
  • Maintain brand consistency and ensure high-quality visual standards.
  • Support bid management and RFP responses with visual storytelling.
  • Stay ahead in AI design exploration and adopt new tools to improve visual workflows.
  • Work flexible hours to support global teams and timelines.

Skills & Experience

  • 3–7 years in presentation design, visual communication, or storytelling.
  • Expertise in PowerPoint, Google Slides, Adobe Suite, or Figma.
  • Familiarity with AI-based design / video tools (Tome, Synthesia, Runway, Canva AI, etc.).
  • Strong communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to translate business concepts into engaging visuals.

  • Experience in storyboarding and digital storytelling.
  • Certifications in design, storytelling, or AI-based creative tools.
