Job Description :
Achieve weekly and monthly DE hiring targets through effective FR channel planning for ROI cities.
Monitor lead flow, conversion ratios, and cost-per-hire to ensure efficiency.
Partner with city SNO teams to streamline onboarding operations.
Track FR-wise productivity metrics (Sourcing quantity & quality ratio and attrition reduction etc.) and identify improvement areas.
Ensure data accuracy and timely reporting across cities.
Conduct regular reviews with city and cross functional teams to align on performance goals.
Identify high-potential hiring hotspots (colleges, PGs, 3W hubs, petrol pumps, etc.) and drive targeted campaigns.
Collaborate with Marketing and Branding teams on localized promotions and visibility activities.
Maintain cost efficiency while scaling the channel to meet business demand (e.g., NYE or festival peaks).
Coordinate with HR, Finance, and Operations for policy adherence, payouts, and documentation.
Ensure compliance with company and legal guidelines across all field activities.
