Job Title : CRM Executive (Sales Operations Support)

Department : Sales

Reporting To : Senior AVP – Sales

Location : Elegant Tower, 1st Floor, 68a Circular Road, Beckbagan, Kolkata - 700028

Experience : 1–3 years (or freshers with strong Excel and analytical skills)

Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented CRM Executive to support the Senior AVP – Sales in managing leads, monitoring sales performance, and preparing reports. The ideal candidate will be highly proficient in Excel, data management, and have a basic understanding of LeadSquared (LSQ) CRM or similar tools. If you're not experienced with CRM systems but have a passion for learning, training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Management & Allocation
  • Assist in assigning and tracking sales leads as per the Senior AVP's direction.
  • Maintain accuracy and hygiene of lead data within the CRM system.
  • Monitor lead progress and follow-up activities across the sales team.
  • Reporting & Data Analytics
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance reports in Excel and CRM.
  • Track key sales metrics (lead status, conversion rates, team productivity, etc.).
  • Highlight trends, bottlenecks, and actionable insights for the sales leadership.
  • Sales Team Coordination
  • Support the Senior AVP in monitoring sales team performance through CRM dashboards and custom reports.
  • Ensure timely updates from sales executives and maintain consistency in reporting formats.
  • Follow up with team members to ensure adherence to lead management protocols.
  • CRM Administration
  • Manage and update lead and contact databases in LeadSquared CRM (training will be provided if needed).
  • Generate and customize CRM reports and dashboards as per management needs.
  • Collaborate with the CRM / IT support team to resolve data or access issues.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong proficiency in MS Excel (Pivot tables, VLOOKUP, charts, data validation).
  • Basic understanding of CRM tools (LeadSquared preferred, others like Salesforce / Zoho acceptable).
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative attitude.
  • Preferred Attributes

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
  • Prior experience in sales operations, data analysis, or CRM management is a plus.
  • Quick learner with a positive attitude and willingness to take ownership.
  • Enthusiastic about using data to drive decision-making.
