Healthcare Documentation Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented medical documentation specialist to support healthcare teams with accurate patient record keeping. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills and the ability to manage workload effectively without compromising quality.

Responsibilities include preparing medical records, documenting patient information using electronic applications, ensuring compliance through self-documentation attestation, updating patient history and pertinent health information, sending documentation to physicians for review and approval, and adhering to hospital and medical facility policies, including HIPAA standards.

Key Qualifications :

• Bachelor's / Master's degree in a related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar domain
• Experience working with US-based clinics / hospitals required
• Familiarity with internal medicine and medical terminology
• Excellent English professional writing skills, including advanced grammar and spelling
• Ability to work independently in a secure location with reliable internet
• Participate in live audio / video chats and screen-sharing sessions
