HR Generalist - COE Support

Job Summary :

We’re looking for a proactive and versatile HR Generalist who’s ready to go beyond the basics. This India-based role will support both HR operations and strategic initiatives across our Global HR Centre of Excellence—especially in Compensation & Benefits, Job Architecture, Performance Management, and HRIS.

You’ll be the go-to person for regional execution, data insights, and process coordination, while also contributing to global frameworks and transformation efforts.

Experience in any HR project management or performance management implementation will be considered an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities :

• Help organize and document job roles across the company
• Support pays benchmarking, policy updates, and data analysis
• Assist with performance review cycles and related communications
• Work with HR systems to keep information accurate and make improvements
• Build dashboards and reports to share useful insights
• Act as the go-to contact in the region for HR projects and initiatives
• Contribute ideas to improve processes and keep records up to date

Skills & Competencies :

• 4–6 years of experience in HR generalist or COE support roles
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools (Power BI etc )
• Exposure to HRIS platforms
• Understanding of compensation strategy and performance frameworks
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• A global mindset with sensitivity to cultural and regional nuances

Business Acumen

• Has experience building and improving performance review systems
• Comfortable with HR tools and tech, working with vendors, and keeping employee data safe
• Understands local work practices and can adapt global policies to fit regional needs
• Strong with numbers — can track HR data, build dashboards, and share insights in a clear way
