Position Details

Designation : Sales Manager (East)

Location : Kolkata (Local candidates preferred)

Experience : 2–5 years

Qualification : B.E. / B.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering

Salary : ₹40,000 per month + Attractive Incentives

Key Responsibilities

• Manage site installations of sub-soil drainage systems and related civil works.
• Meet consultants, architects, and clients to present and promote company products.
• Coordinate between clients, contractors, and internal technical teams for seamless project execution.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities across the Eastern region.
• Conduct client meetings, site visits, and technical presentations to generate project leads.
• Ensure timely, quality execution and client satisfaction at all project sites.
• Maintain detailed project documentation, including site progress and installation reports.
