Senior Flutter Developer

Job descriptionCollaborate closely with the design team to convert UI / UX mockups into high-quality, pixel-perfect Flutter interfaces. Implement smooth animations, responsive layouts, and intuitive workflows. Integrate backend APIs efficiently and ensure seamless real-time data synchronization. Architect logical workflows and state management using tools like Bloc , Riverpod , or Provider . Optimize app performance to ensure minimal load times, zero lag, and crash-free experience. Utilize Flutter DevTools , Firebase Crashlytics , and Sentry for performance monitoring and debugging. Implement unit, widget, and integration testing to maintain code reliability. Work with QA to ensure every release is stable, polished, and production-ready. Collaborate cross-functionally with backend, product, and design teams to brainstorm and deliver new features. Mentor junior developers, review code, and uphold clean coding standards. Drive innovation by introducing the latest Flutter trends, tools, and best practices. 5+ years of mobile app development experience, with 3+ years in Flutter building production-grade applications. Strong command of Dart , Flutter widgets , animations , and custom UI components . Proven experience in state management (Bloc, Riverpod, Provider, etc.) and RESTful API integration . Deep understanding of Firebase services (Firestore, Analytics, Crashlytics, Push Notifications). Experience with CI / CD pipelines , Git workflows , and app store deployment . Strong debugging, optimization, and problem-solving skills. Familiarity with Android and iOS design principles and platform guidelines. Ability to take full technical ownership and deliver under tight deadlines. Take complete product ownership of a fast-growing, high-impact fitness tech platform.
