IGCSE & PYP SPECIAL EDUCATOR

Hill Spring International School is inviting applications from qualified and compassionate professionals for the position of Special Educator.

Key Responsibilities :

Providing individualized support to students with learning needs

Creating and implementing IEPs (Individualized Education Plans)

Working collaboratively with teachers to modify classroom instruction and assessments

Conducting observations, assessments, and documentation as required

Liaising with parents and external specialists to ensure coordinated support

Maintaining records and progress reports in line with school guidelines

Supporting the school’s inclusion framework and fostering an inclusive learning environment

Requirements :

Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Special Education (RCI certification preferred)

Experience working with students with diverse learning needs

Strong understanding of differentiated instruction and accommodations

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Empathy, patience, and a child-centric approach
