We are seeking a creative, ambitious, and results-driven Digital Marketing Executive to join the team of celebrated Bollywood playback singer and creativity expert, Chandana Dixit . 🚀
This full-time role is central to amplifying her digital presence, strategically growing her YouTube channel ("Creative Dialogues"), and promoting her diverse ventures, including future courses, concerts, and speaking engagements. We are looking for a hands-on professional who is passionate about digital storytelling, community building, and data-driven growth. You will be the engine behind our online strategy, working closely with our in-house creative team to execute campaigns that resonate with a global audience.
Key Responsibilities
- YouTube & Social Media Management
- Manage and optimize the YouTube channel, including implementing best practices for YouTube SEO (titles, descriptions, tags), playlist curation, and thumbnail strategy.
- Execute the day-to-day social media strategy across Instagram, Facebook, and . This includes creating, curating, and scheduling engaging content like Reels, Stories, and posts.
- Build and engage with the online community by actively responding to comments, messages, and fostering a loyal audience base.
- Campaign Execution & Growth Strategy
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing campaigns to promote podcast episodes, upcoming courses, guest-speaking sessions, and concerts.
- Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Google (YouTube Ads) and Meta (Facebook / Instagram Ads) to reach targeted audiences and achieve growth objectives.
- Identify and research potential collaboration opportunities with other creators, brands, and media outlets to expand brand reach.
- Analytics & Reporting
- Monitor, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) across all digital platforms, including YouTube subscribers, watch time, social media engagement, and reach.
- Use data insights to continuously refine strategies, test new ideas, and improve overall campaign performance.
- Team Collaboration
- Work closely with the in-house creative team (video editors, graphic designers, PA) to ensure all content is visually compelling and aligned with marketing goals.
- Coordinate content calendars and campaign timelines to ensure a consistent and powerful brand message.
Requirements
1-2 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, with a focus on social media and content marketing.Proven experience managing and growing YouTube channels and social media profiles (Instagram, Facebook, ).Strong, practical understanding of YouTube SEO , algorithms, and content optimization techniques.Hands-on experience with social media management tools, scheduling platforms, and analytics dashboards (e.g., YouTube Studio, Meta Business Suite).Demonstrable experience with planning and running paid ad campaigns on Google and Meta platforms.Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights.A portfolio or case studies demonstrating successful management of digital campaigns or channel growth is highly preferred.Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.Nice to Have
