Job Description :

We are seeking a skilled SAP HANA Basis Consultant with hands-on experience in SAP Basis administration and HANA database management.

The role involves implementing, configuring, monitoring, and maintaining SAP systems to ensure optimal performance, availability, and security across landscapes.

Key Responsibilities :

Perform SAP Basis administration including installation, configuration, upgrades, and performance tuning.
Manage SAP HANA database operations including backup, recovery, replication, and optimization.
Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure system stability.
Apply SAP patches, kernels, and support packages as needed.
Manage user administration, roles, and authorizations.
Coordinate with functional and technical teams for system integration and troubleshooting.
Support system migrations, refreshes, and version upgrades.

Mandatory Skills :

Strong hands-on experience in SAP Basis administration.

Knowledge of SAP HANA database architecture and operations.

Experience in system monitoring, performance tuning, and troubleshooting.

Understanding of SAP landscape management (SLD, Solution Manager, etc.

Familiarity with OS-level administration Skills :

Exposure to SAP S / 4HANA environments.

Experience in system migrations (OS / DB migrations, cloud transitions).

Familiarity with SAP Cloud Platform or Azure / AWS-hosted SAP systems.

Knowledge of backup and disaster recovery strategies.

Soft Skills :

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively.
