Job Title : AWS Support Engineer

Location : Indore / Pune (Baner)

Work Mode : 5 Days Onsite (Rotational Shifts – Roster Basis)

Experience : 8+ Years (Min. 3+ Years in AWS)

Certification : Mandatory – AWS Certified Solutions Architect or AWS Certified SysOps Administrator

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced AWS Support Engineer to provide technical support for AWS infrastructure and services. The role involves troubleshooting complex issues, managing support tickets, collaborating with global teams, and ensuring timely resolution within SLAs.

Key Responsibilities

Provide L2 technical support for AWS services and infrastructure.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues across EC2, S3, IAM, VPC, RDS, CloudWatch, Lambda, CloudFormation , etc.
Manage and document incidents, resolutions, and best practices.
Collaborate with AWS teams globally under a follow-the-sun model.
Maintain AWS knowledge and contribute to knowledge-sharing initiatives.

Requirements

8+ years of total experience;

6 + years hands-on in AWS .

Active AWS Certification (Solutions Architect / SysOps).

Strong understanding of networking, security, storage, databases, and cloud infrastructure .

Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Mandatory :

AWS Professional Certification, ticketing tools experience, and exposure to global support operations.
