Core Responsibilities
Support to Country Pops Team
Support execution of employee engagement activities, events, and recognition programs at the India site. Partner with the pops team on culture-building initiatives aligned to client's values.
Support the end-to-end execution of site-wide learning initiatives, including conducting learning needs analysis, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring seamless program delivery.
Provide execution support for country-level pops programs (e.g., engagement surveys, compliance checks, learning initiatives).
Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and updates for Site council and Leadership.
Help coordinate HR-related events, campaigns, and communications.
Coordinate internal site communications (emails, newsletters, updates, event highlights).
Assist in employer branding activities in India (e.g., campus events, external forums, university partnerships)
Help track employee sentiment and feedback from site activities via ground level connect with the employees.
Site Coordination & Governance
Act as the point of coordination for site-wide programs, meetings, and initiatives.
Support the Site Lead and Site Council in tracking action items, charters, and execution progress.
End to end project coordination that involves assisting in planning, executing, and monitoring team projects to ensure timely completion and alignment with organisational goals.
Assist in organizing site forums ex : All hands, AMAs, leadership meetings, and floor connects.
Maintain documentation, trackers, and reporting for site-level activities.
Partner with facilities / admin on workplace-related matters (events, logistics, safety initiatives)
Support in ePR, PO generation, invoice management related activities
Minimum Qualifications
Education : Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
Experience : Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar coordination or administrative role.
Skills :
You have experience engaging with AI tools and emerging technologies to enhance productivity, improve workflows, and contribute new ideas
Strong organisational and time management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in Google suite & Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
