Join Currency Mantra Private Limited as a Front Desk Executive

Currency Mantra Private Limited, a respected leader in money changing and forex services in Mumbai, is seeking a well-spoken and customer-oriented Front Desk Executive to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

Receive and direct incoming calls and customer inquiries
Greet and assist walk-in clients with currency exchange and basic KYC documentation
Oversee front desk operations and maintain accurate records
Respond to customer emails in a professional manner
Coordinate with internal teams on service requests

What We’re Looking For

Good English communication skills (spoken and written)

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

Pleasant personality and customer service mindset

Ability to multitask and handle client interactions efficiently

Experience in forex or money changing is a plus (not mandatory)

Location : Mumbai Andheri W
