Designation : Sales Executive

Experience Required : 4–5 Years

Industry / Sector : Food Industry (FMCG / Food Distribution / Food Manufacturing)

Location : Malad West, Mumbai (On Site)

Role Summary :

We are seeking a highly driven and experienced Sales Executive with strong expertise in the Food Sector . The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving revenue targets within assigned territories.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Identify, develop, and manage new and existing customer accounts within the food industry.
  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs, competitor activities, and market trends.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Build strong relationships with distributors, retailers, wholesalers, HORECA, and key accounts.
  • Generate leads, conduct product presentations, and negotiate contracts.
  • Monitor inventory, order processing, and timely product delivery.
  • Collaborate with marketing, supply chain, and operations teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and insights to management.
  • Attend food exhibitions, trade events, and promotional activities to represent the brand.

Skills & Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred but not required).
  • 4–5 years of proven sales experience in the Food Sector (FMCG, food distribution, food processing, etc.).
  • Strong knowledge of food products, market trends, and distribution networks.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and prepare sales projections.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Excel, and reporting software.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.

  • Achievement of sales targets

  • Growth in revenue and market share
  • Timely reporting and accuracy of sales forecasts
