Job description

Key Responsibilities :

Contract Review and Scope Definition

Review contract documents and seek necessary clarifications.
Prepare the complete scope of work with defined battery limits for electrical and instrumentation systems.

Project Meetings and Coordination

Participate in internal kick-off meetings with the Sales / Proposal team.

Attend external kick-off meetings with clients and consultants.

Coordinate internally with other functions for seamless project execution.

Design Documentation and Engineering

Prepare all E&I datasheets, bill of materials for various types of panels, IO lists, and electrical load lists as per tender requirements.

Select power, instrument, and control cables according to project specifications.

Develop cable schedules, cable tray layouts, earthing layouts, lighting layouts, and wiring diagrams for panels.

Create and maintain a comprehensive E&I library for future reference.

Vendor and Procurement Coordination

Coordinate with vendors and review vendor drawings for electrical and instrumentation items.

Prepare inquiries and assist in procurement of E&I items.

Finalize orders for PLC panels, SCADA systems, MCC panels, instruments, cables, cable trays, and other electrical components.

Education Qualifications :

B.Tech / B.E. in Instrumentation or related discipline
