CrossCipher Managed Detection and Response (MDR) is an advanced managed security service that offers threat intelligence, threat hunting, security monitoring, incident analysis, and incident response. Unlike traditional SOC services that only provide alerts from security monitoring, our MDR service utilizes advanced security analytics on endpoints, user behavior, applications, and networks for deeper detection. Additionally, we employ Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning for faster response, enabling us to investigate, automatically contain threats, and orchestrate effective responses.

Role Description

This is an on-site internship role for a Cyber Security Specialist located in Thrissur. The Cyber Security Specialist will be responsible for monitoring and analyzing security systems, investigating and responding to security incidents, and conducting threat hunting and security assessments. Daily tasks may include updating security protocols, performing vulnerability assessments, and working closely with the IT team to mitigate potential threats.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Cybersecurity and Information Security
• Experience in Application Security and Network Security
• Understanding of Cyber attack vectors and defense mechanisms
• Familiarity with security monitoring tools and threat detection techniques
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work effectively on-site in Thrissur
• Bachelor's degree or current enrollment in Cybersecurity, IT, Computer Science, or related field
