Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Developer - Project Lead to manage end-to-end application development and lead project delivery. The ideal candidate will combine strong hands-on technical expertise with leadership capabilities to ensure timely, high-quality software solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Leadership :

• Lead architecture design and technical decision-making
• Develop, review, and maintain scalable frontend and backend applications
• Conduct code reviews and ensure best coding practices
• Resolve complex technical issues and guide the team
  
  

Project & Team Management

• Lead and mentor a team of developers
• Plan project timelines, task allocation, and sprint execution
• Coordinate with product owners, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams
• Ensure on-time delivery and adherence to quality standards
  
  

Development & Collaboration

• Work on frontend technologies such as Angular, React, or similar frameworks
• Develop backend services using Node.js, Java, Python, or similar technologies
• Design and manage databases (MongoDB, MySQL, PostgreSQL, etc.)
• Ensure application security, performance, and scalability
• Participate in requirement analysis and technical documentation
  
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field
• 8+ years of experience in full stack development
• Strong experience in both frontend and backend technologies
• Proven experience in leading projects and development teams
• Good understanding of SDLC, Agile, and DevOps practices
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  
  

Preferred Skills

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP)
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Exposure to microservices architecture
• Prior experience as a Technical Lead or Project Lead
