The Opportunity : Full Stack Architect & Builder

We are seeking a highly experienced and hands-on Senior Fullstack Python Developer to join our team, focusing on building scalable, next-generation applications from the ground up. This role is for a technical leader who possesses strong Core Python skills, deep expertise in web frameworks, and substantial experience with the Azure Cloud ecosystem .

Note : - Below 8 Years of candidate should not apply not even 7.5 / 7.11

Experience : 8 Years (Must-Have 8+ years as a developer)

Location : Indore / Pune / Bangalore

Work Mode : Onsite - 5 Days (Not a hybrid role)

Key Responsibilities & Must-Have Skills :

Category Requirement

Core Backend - Expert proficiency in Core Python for developing highly scalable applications and services.

Web Frameworks - Hands-on experience with Python web frameworks : Django, Flask, or FastAPI .

Data & DB - Strong foundation in SQL (SQL Server, Oracle, PostgreSQL) with the ability to run complex data analytics tasks and queries.

Frontend - Exposure to JavaScript technologies ( React preferred).

Cloud (Mandatory) - Deep exposure to the Azure environment and interconnected components (Azure Functions, App Service, Containers, Key Vault).

Big Data Stack - Critical exposure to Azure Databricks (PySpark, Delta Lake, job workflows, Unity Catalog).

Design & Architecture - Proven ability to demonstrate strong system design skills, architecture rationalization, and articulate technical concepts clearly.

Desired Expertise (Bonus Points) :

Exposure to Financial Domain and Risk Management .

Familiarity with Data Integration & Orchestration tools like Azure Data Factory and Databricks Workflows .

Experience with Azure Synapse Analytics and Apache Spark .

this role is not suitedfor individuals primarily focused on support, QA, or hands-off team lead / management roles.
