Job Title : Lead Generation Analyst

Experience : 4 - 5 Years

Location : Bengaluru and Pune

Team : Marketing - Lead Gen & Research

Job Summary :

As a Lead Generation Analyst at Mphasis , you will be a key member of the Lead Generation team, responsible for generating Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) and creating new business opportunities across a defined set of strategic enterprise accounts. This role requires close collaboration with regional Sales Leaders and coordination with the Marketing team to craft compelling messaging and execute targeted campaigns. You will play a critical role in building a strong top-of-funnel pipeline for Mphasis’s AI-led digital transformation services.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Research and analyze target accounts (including Global 500 companies) using business and industry acumen to identify key stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Execute outbound prospecting initiatives (email, LinkedIn, cold calling) to generate interest and schedule meetings for regional Sales Leaders.
  • Collaborate with Marketing to design and execute joint campaigns and virtual / in-person events to drive demand generation.
  • Engage with C-suite, VP, and Director-level executives to understand their pain points and position Mphasis’s solutions effectively.
  • Craft compelling narratives and high-level solution overviews to spark curiosity and interest in Mphasis offerings.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date lead data in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Dynamics 365).
  • Track and report on lead generation KPIs, campaign performance, and conversion metrics.
  • Support Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies by tailoring outreach to specific enterprise accounts.
  • Help build and maintain a healthy top-of-funnel pipeline in collaboration with sales leadership.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, IT, or a related discipline.
  • 3–6 years of experience in inside sales or lead generation in a technology or ITES environment.
  • Proven experience engaging with senior leadership in large enterprise accounts.
  • Strong understanding of the B2B sales cycle and enterprise buying behaviour.
  • Familiarity with AI-led services and digital transformation solutions.
  • Proficiency in CRM and marketing automation tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong interpersonal abilities.
  • Analytical mindset with experience using tools like Excel, Power BI, or Google Analytics.
  • Preferred Qualifications :

  • Experience working with global clients across North America, EMEA, and APAC.
  • Exposure to data enrichment and prospecting tools (e.g., ZoomInfo, Lusha, LinkedIn Sales Navigator).
  • Knowledge of GDPR and other data privacy regulations.
  • Familiarity with SQL or data querying tools is a plus.
