What you’ll do
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and create job postings.
- Use modern sourcing strategies (Pragyan AI-powered - RAPYD Exchange, Job portals, Social
Networks, Referrals, etc.) to identify top talent.
Screen candidates for skills, culture fit, and growth potential.Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle – sourcing, screening, scheduling, feedback, andclosure.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future needs.Represent VAYUZ as a brand ambassador during campus drives, events, and digital hiringinitiatives.
Collaborate with the Talent Management team to ensure smooth onboarding and integration of new VAYUZers.What We’re Looking For
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to identify talent beyond just resumes — a keen eye for potential.Passion for building teams and a people-first mindset.Agility to adapt to fast-changing requirements.Familiarity with ATS systems, sourcing tools, and social recruiting (a plus).Freshers with strong people skills and a willingness to learn are welcome.
