At CraftMyPlate, we’re transforming how India orders food for group gatherings — from office teams to family celebrations. Our platform brings together deep operational intelligence, delightful user experiences, and highly scalable systems to make bulk food ordering (10+ people) effortless.

We’re looking for a Software Engineer (2–4 years of experience) with strong full stack skills and backend depth — someone who’s excited to learn from senior engineers, collaborate with Product Managers and Founders, and help build and scale the technical backbone of a rapidly growing platform.

What You’ll Do

  • Build and maintain backend services and APIs using Node.js & TypeScript.
  • Contribute to frontend development using React + TypeScript and Flutter where required.
  • Design and optimize data models and pipelines using MySQL and Elasticsearch to support real-time operations and analytics.
  • Work alongside senior engineers on system design, data architecture, and contribute to early machine learning use cases (e.g., recommendations, pricing, forecasts).
  • Deploy and manage services on AWS, ensuring reliability, scalability, and performance.
  • Participate in code reviews, follow best practices, and continuously level up your technical craft.
  • Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Founders, Design, and Ops teams to deliver impactful features quickly and efficiently.

What We’re Looking For

  • 2–4 years of professional experience as a Full Stack Engineer, with strong backend fundamentals.
  • Hands-on experience with Node.js, TypeScript, React, and cloud platforms (preferably AWS).
  • Solid understanding of MySQL, Elasticsearch, and clean API design.
  • Exposure to or interest in system design, data architecture, and machine learning integrations.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and a builder’s mindset — you thrive in fast-paced, high-ownership environments.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
