Job description
  • Financial Management and Reporting :
  • Supervise and control the day-to-day accounting functions, including accounts payable, receivable, bank reconciliations, and general ledger maintenance.
  • Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.
  • Monitor budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management to support organizational objectives.
  • Statutory and Tax Compliance :
  • Ensure timely and accurate filing of GST returns, TDS returns, and other statutory filings.
  • Oversee all statutory, internal, and tax audit requirements in coordination with auditors and consultants.
  • Maintain compliance with relevant financial, taxation, and regulatory frameworks.
  • Company Secretarial Matters :
  • Manage ROC filings, board meeting documentation, and related secretarial compliance.
  • Coordinate with company secretarial professionals for timely submissions and corporate governance requirements.
  • Team Management :
  • Lead and guide the accounts team to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and adherence to timelines.
  • Provide mentorship and support for professional development within the finance team.
  • Coordination and Liaison :
  • Liaise with auditors, banks, vendors, and other external stakeholders.
  • Support senior management in financial planning, decision-making, and MIS reporting.
