About the Job

We’re seeking a passionate and proactive

Growth and Expansion Manager

to lead EVA Ad Ventures Pvt. Ltd.’s regional growth initiatives across

Pune, Delhi, and West Bengal . In this strategic role, you’ll build strong relationships with local authorities, understand regional policies, onboard local vendors, and identify high-potential locations for our advertising screens.

This is an exciting opportunity to be at the forefront of EVA’s national expansion and play a key role in shaping our on-ground operations and partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

Research and analyze

local municipal and regulatory policies

relevant to our business operations across target cities.

Build and maintain relationships with

municipal corporations, local authorities, and government departments

to ensure compliance and secure necessary permissions.

Identify and onboard

local vendors, contractors, and service providers

to support operational setup and scale.

Scout and evaluate potential

locations for advertising screen installations

based on visibility, audience reach, and business potential.

Conduct

market research and competitor analysis

to identify new growth opportunities.

Develop and execute a

city-wise expansion roadmap

aligned with the company’s strategic goals.

Collaborate closely with

operations, marketing, and product teams

to ensure smooth city launches.

Prepare reports and insights on partnerships, local policies, and progress.

Represent EVA Ad Ventures in

vendor meetings, city-level discussions, and government interactions .

Required Qualifications

Proven experience in

business expansion, regional operations, or partnership management , ideally in advertising, OOH media, or tech-driven industries.

Strong understanding of

municipal and local governance processes

across Indian cities.

Excellent

communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills .

Analytical thinker with a structured, execution-focused approach.

Comfortable with

frequent travel

and on-ground coordination.

Proficiency in

Google Workspace, MS Excel, and documentation / reporting tools .

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in

outdoor advertising, retail expansion, or infrastructure-based projects .

Established local network in

Pune, Delhi, or West Bengal .

Strong vendor management and compliance coordination skills.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple city operations simultaneously.
