Marketplace Specialist

The Marketplace Specialist will be responsible for managing and scaling the brand’s presence on Amazon. This role owns the complete Amazon ecosystem—from catalogue creation and SEO optimisation to PPC performance, FBA inventory planning, pricing strategy, promotions, and issue resolution. The ideal candidate understands how Amazon works operationally and algorithmically and can balance growth with profitability. Experience with quick commerce platforms will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

Amazon Account & Catalogue Management : -

• Manage end-to-end Amazon Seller Central operations (India & / or global marketplaces if applicable).
• Create, optimise, and maintain product listings including titles, bullets, descriptions, backend keywords, and A+ content.
• Handle catalogue issues such as listing suppressions, variations, stranded inventory, ASIN merges / splits, and policy compliance.
• Manage brand registry, trademark-related issues, and resolve strikes, suspensions, and warning notices.
