Job Description :

We are seeking a highly motivated QA Analyst with strong domain knowledge in capital markets, asset management, and fintech to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in functional testing, test automation frameworks, and quality reporting while collaborating closely with business users, delivery teams, and technology stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Work closely with business users on billing, payment, and quality assurance activities.
  • Collaborate with delivery and QA teams to conduct calibration sessions and ensure alignment on testing objectives.
  • Perform functional testing, quality reporting, and issue tracking across applications.
  • Drive best practices in testing processes, methodologies, tools, and technologies .
  • Build, enhance, and maintain test frameworks to improve efficiency and coverage.
  • Conduct briefings and knowledge sessions for advisors addressing service quality gaps and improvement opportunities.
  • Ensure testing is aligned with agile software development practices .
  • Engage in continuous improvement of test strategies to support product and business goals.

Required Skills & Experience :

  • Strong understanding of fixed income, equity, and derivatives trading .
  • Knowledge of capital markets, asset management, and issuer communications .
  • Experience with market data, providers, and their business significance .
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office, databases, and QA tools .
  • Exposure to client environments with Java and Angular technologies.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and analytical skills.
  • Passion for quality assurance and process improvement .
