Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Service Specialist based in Delhi, India. The role involves providing exceptional customer support, promptly addressing inquiries, resolving issues with professionalism, and ensuring superior customer experiences at every interaction. The candidate will handle phone and email communication, maintain accurate logs of interactions, and collaborate with team members to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Customer Support and Customer Service to address and resolve inquiries effectively
- Experience in ensuring Customer Satisfaction and enhancing the overall Customer Experience
- Proficiency in Phone Etiquette and clear, professional communication
- Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Familiarity with CRM systems or customer support software is a plus
- Tracking and recording complaints and making systems to improve customer service with real time experience
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
- Fluency in English and Hindi is required; additional languages are an advantage
