About the Role
We are seeking a Business Analyst with strong expertise in process management, process improvement, and operational change within an IT services environment. This role will be central to enhancing how we deliver technology and business services by optimizing workflows, improving operational efficiency, and supporting digital transformation initiatives.
You will partner with technical teams, service owners, and business stakeholders to design scalable, efficient, and standardized processes that drive service quality and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Process Management
- Analyze existing IT and business processes across service delivery, project delivery, and operational support functions.
- Support Design and document optimized, future-state processes aligned with ITIL, ISO, or internal operational frameworks.
- Create and maintain process documentation across all hierarchical levels (value stream → end-to-end → subprocess → activity level → SOP level).
Process Mapping & Modeling
Create detailed process maps and workflows using BPMN standardsEnsure all process documentation is stored and version-controlled in a central repository, accessible and consistent across teams.Operational Excellence & Continuous Improvement
Identify opportunities for process automation, simplification, and optimization to enhance IT service performance.Support continuous improvement initiatives, leveraging data and KPIs to measure outcomes and drive efficiency gains.Collaborate with IT operations, delivery, and PMO teams to embed a continuous improvement mindset into daily practices.Stakeholder & Change Management
Work closely with technical stakeholders, service managers, and business leaders to gather requirements and validate process changes.Facilitate workshops and stakeholder sessions to analyze pain points, define improvements, and ensure alignment.Support change management activities, including impact assessments, communication plans, and training materials to drive adoption.Reporting & Governance
Establish reporting mechanisms to track process performance and compliance.Support governance and audit activities by ensuring documentation and process controls are up-to-date.Qualifications & Experience
Experience : 7–10+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst or Process Analyst within an IT services, consulting, or technology organization.Proven ability to design, document, and improve IT and operational processes using BPMNSolid understanding of Lean processes, service delivery models, and process hierarchies.Experience leading continuous improvement or Lean / Six Sigma initiatives in an IT or service delivery context.Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across technical and business audiences.A proactive, “can-do” attitude with the ability to work independently and drive outcomes in a dynamic environment.Preferred Skills & Certifications
Familiarity with automation tools, service management platforms (e.g., ServiceNow), or process orchestration technologies.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.Strong facilitation skills for workshops and process reviews.
