Position : Performance Marketing Manager

Job Type : Full-Time

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Manager with strong expertise in managing and scaling paid ads across Google, Meta, and LinkedIn .

Key Responsibilities Plan, execute, optimize, and scale campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager .

Manage budgets, bidding strategies, campaign structure, A / B testing & ROI-focused optimization.

Build conversion-focused funnels and remarketing pipelines.

Set up and track conversions using GA4, Google Tag Manager, Pixel, Events & UTM tracking .

Monitor daily performance & optimize for CPL, CPA, and ROAS.

Collaborate with creative, content, and web teams to deliver high-performing ad creatives.

Generate weekly / monthly performance reports with deep insights.

Stay updated with the latest trends in ad platforms, automation, and AI-driven audience targeting.

Required Skills 6–8 years of experience in Performance Marketing .

Hands-on experience in Google Ads (Search / Display / Video), Meta Ads & LinkedIn Ads .

Strong understanding of targeting, audience segmentation & conversion optimization.

Expertise in GA4, GTM, Looker Studio reporting.

Strong analytical skills and ability to work with large budgets.

Good to Have Experience in CRM tools & marketing automation.

Google, Meta, or LinkedIn certifications.
