Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Senior Manager of Research Affairs at QR 678 in Mumbai. The role will involve overseeing market research, developing questionnaires, analyzing data, and leading communication strategies for research projects.

Establishing a sustainable innovation ecosystem requires a well-connected network of entrepreneurs, domestic and foreign private enterprises, educational and research institutions, government agencies, investors, business incubators, and technology and business mentors. This need has led to the establishment of regional innovation clusters in many parts of the world. Such innovation clusters bring together capital, expertise, and talent to foster technological breakthroughs. Innovation clusters are uniquely distinctive in their structure and operating model.

This role will involve :

  • Building an active network of research institutes, companies, NGOs and government bodies to promote knowledge sharing, cross-fertilization of ideas, and co-innovation (Collaboration).
  • Identifying and resolving AESTHETICS relevant problems, through active coordination with government organisations and NGOs (Responsiveness).
  • Accelerating regional scientific and technological progress, and improving the regional innovation ecosystem, by facilitating a wider range of research initiatives, better access to funding opportunities, and greater networking and career opportunities for student communities (Competitiveness)
  • Inspiring new products and technologies by coordinating efforts and financial resources and effective integration of intellectual and financial resources to create a new generation of innovative businesses (Innovation)
  • Gaining a competitive advantage by improving internationalisation and boosting visibility (Globalisation)

Role and Location

Full time role, On Site, at our Bandra Kurla Complex Corporate Office

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Director of Research Development at QR678. The role involves overseeing research and development projects at QR678 (www.qr678.in), leading teams, managing research activities, and implementing project strategies to drive innovation in plastic surgery and skincare.

  • Develop and manage research programmes
  • Lead and motivate research teams
  • Liaise with external partners and stakeholders
  • Produce reports and presentations
  • Keep up to date with the latest research developments

    • Qualifications

  • Research and Development (R&D), Research, and Project Management skills
  • Extensive experience in a research environment, with a proven track record of successful research projects
  • Outstanding communication and leadership skills
  • The ability to manage a team of scientists and delegate tasks effectively
  • Good organisational and problem solving skills
  • Team Management and Team Leadership abilities
  • Excellent organizational and strategic planning skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in the medical or cosmetic surgery field is preferred
  • PhD in a related field or equivalent experience

    • Salary

    9-18 Lakhs Per Annum fixed, with variable component added.
