About the Role

We are looking for a

Technical Lead

with strong expertise in

PHP, Python, and AWS

to lead the design and development of scalable, high-performance web and cloud-native applications. The ideal candidate will be hands-on, technically strong, and passionate about building high-quality software while guiding a talented team of developers.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the end-to-end

architecture, design, and development

of full-stack applications using

PHP

and

Python .

Define and enforce

coding standards ,

best practices , and modern development workflows.

Collaborate closely with

Product, Design, and QA

teams to ensure successful, high-quality delivery.

Mentor and guide junior developers , fostering a culture of technical excellence and learning.

Implement and manage

CI / CD pipelines ,

infrastructure automation , and

AWS cloud deployments .

Troubleshoot complex technical issues and drive system performance optimizations.

Stay current with emerging technologies and recommend innovative solutions.

Qualifications & Skills

Education :

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

Experience : 8 to 12 Years

including

3+ years in a technical leadership role

Core Skills :

Strong hands-on expertise in

PHP

(Laravel, Symfony) and

Python

(Django, Flask).

Deep understanding of

AWS

(EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, CloudFormation, IAM).

Proficiency in

RESTful API design ,

microservices , and

serverless architecture .

Solid experience with

Git ,

Docker , and

CI / CD tools

(e.g., Jenkins).

Good to Have : Exposure to

Go ,

React , or

Vue.js .

Experience with

Prompt Engineering

or AI-integrated workflows.

Familiarity with

DevOps

tools (e.g., Terraform).

Insurance domain knowledge

preferred.
