Specialist- SAP FICO

Key Responsibilities : SAP FICO Module Management : Oversee and manage the FI and CO modules ensuring seamless integration with other SAP and Customization : Design configure and customize SAP FICO solutions to meet specific business Improvement : Identify areas for process improvement within the financial and controlling functions and implement efficient Support and Training : Provide expert-level support to end-users including troubleshooting training and documentation of best Management : Lead or participate in SAP FICO-related projects ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business Reporting : Develop and maintain financial reports dashboards and analytics to support and Governance : Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies and assist in audits as : Work closely with cross-functional teams including IT finance and operations to align SAP FICO functionality with business needs. Skills Required : Technical Skills : Proficient in SAP FICO modules including GL AP AR Asset Accounting Cost Center Accounting Profit Center Accounting and Internal Orders. Knowledge of integration points with other SAP modules (MM SD PP) is essential Min 5 yrs experience in S4Hana with both India and Global exposure . Analytical Skills : Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret financial data and make strategic recommendations. Project Management : Experience in managing or contributing to SAP FICO projects with strong organizational and time management skills. Communication : Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels. Education : Masters degree in Finance Accounting Business Administration or a related field. A professional certification (e.g. CPA CMA SAP Certification) is a plus. Experience : 10-12 yrs Minimum of 10 years of experience in SAP FICO with a strong focus on implementation configuration and support. Location : UPL HQ- Turbhe Navi Mumbai
